Our integrated design approach, high performance building envelope and efforts towards protecting environment is centred on ensuring operational eco-efficiencies in energy, water, and waste management.  We are reducing and managing operational emissions footprint through renewable power and green mobility by creating EV Charging facility and EV fleet for our guets. We are reducing our ecological impacts on the immediate environment by installing Low flow fixtures, Rainwater Harvesting system, Sewage Treatment Plants and by recycling 100% of our wet waste in Organic Waste Composters (OWC), that converts organic wet waste into manure which is being used for horticultural purposes.
