Hi Visited Novotel. Great Hotel.. At a Good Price .. I liked Everthing over there. In Restaurant all are Good. Mr. Bajrang served us. He was very polite and prompt. Room Service was Good. The Security check at the Entrance, Reception Staff all gave Nice Service

Was a part of Banquet event from BNY group .amazing property wirh very helping staff . Banquet incharge Mr Pravin he was just amazing and very positive nature he is the champion I must said .he help us a lot during event each and every thing he done on priority... the service was good.... it is one of the best experience during event special thanks to mr Pravin for great help...

Badly managed front desk

I was on an official trip paid for by Bajaj Fin. The first jolt came when I was asked to make way for an Indigo Captain though I was in the queue ahead of him. The next one came when I was told to pay up for the food. Even after the company cleared the issue the desk kept asking how I would pay! On the day of departure my departure time was extended to 3.30 pm. It was done in the morning itself and was confirmed by the front desk. As I entered the lift post my lunch around 130 pm the lift refused to accept my key! And then at the time of departure I again was asked for my card to settle the food bill!!!!

Restaurant food quality in the dinner not good . Breakfast was not good . Quality of service at restaurant was not at all good . I arrived by 9:15 pm but I had to call waieter all the time . I ordered goat mutton and got sheep’s mutton absolutely not acceptable. Gym was not operational and temporary arrangement in ibis also not to the acceptable quality. I did booking to four point Sheraton due to mainly gym issue .

Room service staff are not responsible. Tv all time 'no signal mode'. After check in breakfast order not served in proper time. After reminder they serve but it was not fresh n hot.
