Suborna Biswas

Suborna brings with her over a decade’s experience spanning every facet of the human resource function. Her expertise lies in augmenting organisation vision with a focus on employee well-being and productivity. In her journey of three years with the Company, where she heads the human resource vertical, Suborna has been working on various facets strategic and tactical facets including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, learning and development. Under her leadership Chalet Hotels has been recognised as the India’s Great Mid-size Workplaces by the Great Place to Work Institute for the second consecutive time.

Prior to joining Chalet, she was associated with Marriott International and has worked with manufacturing, real estate and publishing houses as well. She holds Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai.
