Roles & Responsibilities of R&D Council/ Innovation Cell
Identify and assess potential areas of Innovation that are strategical and significant to the business.
Play an active role in creation of annual research activity plan; guide on the implementation and monitor the progress of implementation.
Initiate and promote MoU with industries and R&D organizations for consultancy, collaborative research, sponsored projects, industry and Institute interactions etc
Monitor progress of the research and development activity.
