Pragnesh Doctoria
Associate Vice President – Projects & Engineering Operations
As a part of the Chalet Hotels team for more than a decade, and the K Raheja Corp Group for 13 years, Pragnesh Doctoria has helmed several functions – right from green field projects to renovation, refurbishment to engineering operations for hotels and commercial buildings. In his current role, Pragnesh works closely with architecture and interior design teams, execution team, engineering operation team and is also involved with acquisition and new developments.
Pragnesh is driven by his passion to explore ways in which the CHL can optimize resources for energy efficiency. He is also currently in-charge of the organisation’s success in participating in EP-100, RE-100 & EV-100, ESG and carbon neutralization initiatives.
In the past, Pragnesh was working as Director of Engineering at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Keys, Taj Wellington Mews, Taj Lands End and Orchid, in addition to holding facility management portfolios across other industries.
