Christabelle Baptista

Christabelle has nearly two decades of rich experience across secretarial, compliance, corporate governance and legal functions. She played an instrumental role in the public listing process of Chalets Hotels and has been involved in business restructuring measures through mergers, amalgamations and fund-raising processes within Chalet as well as the K Raheja Corp Group. Additionally, she also plays an active role in administration of the Company’s CSR and in streamlining the compliance and legal processes.

As a part of her journey as a Company Secretary, Christabelle has worked across the Hospitality, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing sectors.
