Asha Nair

Asha brings with her a rich work experience of 22 years. During the course of her career, she has led statutory audits of large corporations as well as limited reviews, tax audits, group reporting, SOX engagements and various assurance assignments including those on integrated reporting and due diligence engagements. In her current role, she heads the Internal Audit function along with leading the ESG initiatives for the Company focused on utility & water consumption and gender diversity.

Asha is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has worked with the Big Four audit firms. She has expertise in designing and testing internal financial controls through SOPs, policies and Risk Control Metrics.
