Mugdha brings with her over 14 years of experience spanning every facet of the human resource function. Her expertise lies in augmenting the organization vision with a focus on employee well-being and productivity.
In her current role with Chalet, Mugdha heads the human resource’s function encompassing various hotels, sites, and offices.
Prior to joining Chalet, Mugdha was associated with various renowned hospitality giants like Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Marriott International, Carlson Hotels & Taj Hotels & Resorts Ltd.
Her exceptional expertise in the HR domain has earned her various prestigious awards at company, national and international levels. She holds PGD from Welingkar’s Institute of Management with a specialization in Human Resource.
